因这安装软件冲突，重启vs.net时出现以下错误：
Project '.....' could not be opened because the Microsoft Visual C# 2008 compiler could not be created. QueryService for '{74946829-37A0-11D2-A273-00C04F8EF4FF}' failed.
重装和修复都没能解决该问题，后来发现解决这个问题其实很简单：
以参数方式运行一次.net即可： devenv /ResetSkipPkgs
