安装SQL Server2008时出现错误：
Rule "performance counter registry hive consistency check" failed
The performance counter registry hive is corrupted
试了网上说的很多手工建立Counter和Help之类的方法都没有解决；
后来找到一种方法：
在cmd中输入lodctr /R:PerfStringBackup.ini
执行成功后重新运行安装程序终于得以顺利安装！

如果出现：“Rule "Previous releases of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008" failed.”错误:
则运行setup.exe时加入命令行：
setup.exe /ACTION=install /SkipRules=VSShellInstalledRule不过需要注意的是，你必须确保是真的安装了VS 2008 SP1，否则在安装过程中还是会出错的。
